COVID – 19 changes As a fresh food market, the Mansfield Farmers’ Market is allowed to continue to operate. Details can be found here
Our farmers’ market is a place to shop and then head home. We’re not yet back to the times when we can gather and catch up with friends. That time will come – it’s just not now.
If you’re able to make a pre-order then please do so. It makes it easier for our stallholders if you are just coming along to collect. Check out our webpage for contact details.
Our stallholders will be spaced a little further apart
We ask that you don’t touch items that you are not purchasing
Continue to keep 1.5 metres between you and the next person (especially when in a queue)
Only attend our market to shop and then head home. This is not the place for a Saturday wander with a group of people. If you can come solo that is awesome.
The Mansfield Farmers Market is a fresh and artisan produce market held year-round in the median strip opposite the Post Office – right in the centre of Mansfield – on the fourth Saturday of the month.
Over 30 colourful marquees set up on the grassy median strip right in the middle of town, showcasing the best fresh and artisan produce from the region, such as cheese, sour dough bread, olive oil, free-range meats and eggs and fresh produce.
Operated by Walker Events, the farmers’ market was awarded the Victorian Tourism Award for Food Tourism in 2013.
With visitors able to interact with the people who have grown or made the food, the market promotes a greater awareness of food provenance and food miles.
The Mansfield Farmers’ Market is a great way to buy fresh food as well as catch up with friends.
4th Saturday of the month (Feb – Dec)
8.30am – 1pm
